Most of my time is spent chasing my 6-month-old puppy, Buzz! He’s full of energy and keeps me on my toes. Having a dog has certainly brought new excitement to my routine, and it’s been a joy watching him grow. Buzz has also taught me a lot about patience and responsibility—qualities I find myself applying to my work as well.
Hobbies and Interests:
I enjoy a good walk or hitting the gym when I can. Both activities help clear my mind and keep me grounded. Plus, they give me the chance to meet new people and unwind after a busy day. Staying active helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is essential in a fast-paced role like mine.
Career Path:
My journey into the software world began with an apprenticeship. Learning on the job really appealed to me because I’ve always enjoyed applying knowledge practically. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the hands-on experience of solving real-world problems, especially in the field of software.

Starting in customer support was an ideal entry point. I was engaging with hundreds of clients every day, each conversation offering a new lesson. Those early roles taught me a lot about what our clients truly need and value, which has been invaluable as I’ve moved into more senior positions. I developed strong communication skills, empathy, and an ability to anticipate problems before they arise.
Memorable Projects:
